HOW DOES ACQUA FUNDING GIVE FIRST TIME FLIPPERS 90% OF PURCHASE + 100% OF CONSTRUCTION?Acqua Funding is able to give 90% of purchase + 100% of rehab for first time investors in most states. They must qualify with a quality credit score, usually above 700 FICO. That is Acqua's only requirement to receive these leverage points. Our first time investor, 90/100 program is available in all states except: North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota , Montana, Idaho, Nebraska, Utah, Lousiana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Wyoming, Mississippi, Delaware, Maine, Vermont, and North Carolina.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE "STANDARD PROGRAM" AND THE "PREMIUM PROGRAM?"The "Standard Program" is geared towards investors with FICO 660-700. The "Premium Program" is geared towards investors with FICO 700+.
