Andrew Francini
Andrew is the Founder and CEO of Acqua Funding. Andrew has a vast background in the mortgage banking industry working for companies such as Redwood Trust, Roc360, and more. Andrew has closed over $500M in assets himself and overseen $3B+ in residential mortgage-backed securities. Andrew strives to challenge the status quo of the industry as a whole. In a short amount of time, Acqua Funding has been able to establish itself as one of the fastest growing real estate loan-providers in the country through its marketing prowess, superior service, and youthful vigor.

BEN BANNING
Ben comes to Acqua Funding with a foundational understanding of maximizing the value of real estate without cutting corners. He has worked for brokers, developers and portfolio asset management companies. Ben’s value comes from his ability to find detail-oriented, strategic solutions for his clients as well as having a keen understanding for risk.
Some highlights that show his management ability and work in the field:
- Led correspondence with 3,000+ tenants and vendors across 10,000,000 sq. ft of real estate.
- Performed regular property inspections across a vast commercial portfolio in order to maximize efficiency.
- Constructed a company wide database and was the lead correspondent for all insurance related needs.

NINA FRANCINI

Nina brings her insightful communications background to optimize customer relations and expedite loan closings. Nina has a rich background working in public relations focusing on project management and strategic operations for various startups and international businesses.
